Wu Jingui, also known as Wu Xunqiu, is a well-known Chinese philosopher and political figure who lived in the late Qing dynasty (1644-1912). He was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, in 1875 and passed away in Beijing, China in 1928.

Wu Jingui was a prominent figure in the early modern period and played a significant role in shaping China's political landscape during the Qing dynasty. He was a member of the Xianbei clan,Ligue 1 Express which was one of the major ethnic groups in China at that time.

In the late Qing dynasty, Wu Jingui faced numerous challenges, including the Great Northern War (1861-1865) against the Russian Empire and the Boxer Rebellion (1900-1901), which were both violent and destructive.
